Food Grade Mineral Oil. Apply a small amount of oil directly on your dry wood cutting board or butcher block, rub gently into the wood with a soft cloth. Oil your wood regularly to prevent warping and cracking and keep a beautiful, long-lasting wood-grain appearance.
